Hi, I’m Katie.
I founded Rooted Resilience because we need more spaces where we can connect, grow, heal, hope, laugh and hurt together.
At Rooted Resilience, we believe that people - like trees - survive and thrive in community. We are experts who can teach skills to manage life’s inevitable challenges with more confidence, clarity, calm and courage. We also know you have an inner wisdom that if tenderly engaged, can serve as a guide for yourself and others.
We come to our work from a place of humility, because, like you, we know hurt, isolation, doubt, and fear. We also know there is another way. You are not alone. Our groups, courses and workshops will help restore your confidence, compassion and hope. You got this!
