Grief Support
Too often, grief is taboo. Not at Rooted Resilience. In our support groups we honor grief as the universal experience it is. We talk, we cry, we laugh, and we learn new ways to be with our pain.

Writing Grief
Everyone processes loss differently. Often, it doesn’t happen all at once. In this 5-week group, we’ll use writing as a tool to remember, honor and share our loss and love.
This group is co-led by Katie, a mental health practitioner with clinical expertise in and lived experience of grief, and Sebastian Stockman, a dynamic writing professor and essayist who has used writing with humor and humility as way to cope with grief.
Group will run in Winter 2025 - email Katie if interested.
