Yes, MSC taught us lots of skills to practice, but No, it didn’t block time on our calendars or offer a built-in way to stay connected.
Mindful Mondays are Rooted Resilience’s way to keep your MSC practice going strong! We are offering a twice monthly (2nd and 4th Mondays) 1-hour practice group to keep your skills fresh and community strong.
Mindful Mondays are for those who’ve completed a MSC course or are currently enrolled in MSC.
This is a donation-based space. Rooted Resilience is committed to making MSC practice accessible for everyone. Please donate what makes sense for you. Donations beyond the cost of paying our MSC-certified teachers will go toward scholarship spots for the full 8-week MSC class.
What to expect:
11:55 AM: Zoom room opens
12 PM: A brief hello and thematic set-up for our practice.
12:10 PM: Guided MSC-inspired meditation (10-20 minutes). No entry will be granted during the meditation.
12:30 PM: Mix of group discussion, break-out rooms, written reflections, etc.
12:55 PM: Closing practice.
1:00 PM: Back to real life with a more full and spacious heart!

How Much Should I Give?
Mindful Mondays are open to anyone who’s completed a MSC course regardless of your ability to pay. Donations allow us to pay our teachers and offer discounted slots for the full 8-week MSC course.
Donate whatever makes sense or feels right. Maybe it’s $5 per group. Maybe it’s what you’d pay for a yoga class or a medical appointment copay. Maybe you want to sponsor someone to take a future 8-week MSC class. All are appreciated.
You matter, MSC helps, and it’s good to be here together.
