Mindful Self-Compassion is now available in bite-size bits — a refresher for some, a preview for others!
Mindful Mondays are 1-hour MSC-inspired practice groups that offer a 10-15 minute guided meditation followed by a MSC mini-lesson (a pocket practice or two!) and discussion.
When/Where: Mindful Mondays take place on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month from 12 PM - 1PM on Zoom. Sign up below and you’ll receive a Zoom link before group.

About the pricing: Rooted Resilience is committed to making MSC practice accessible, and therefore offers a tiered cost structure. The standard rate is $25. A discounted rate of $5 is also available, as is a pay-it-forward rate of $50. Please offer what makes sense for you. Contributions beyond the cost of paying MSC teachers will go toward scholarship spots for the full 8-week MSC course.
What to expect:
11:55 AM: Zoom room opens.
12 PM: A brief hello and thematic set-up for our practice.
12:10 PM: Guided MSC-inspired meditation (10-15 minutes). No entry will be granted during the meditation.
12:30 PM: Mix of group discussion, break-out rooms, written reflections, etc.
12:55 PM: Closing practice.
1:00 PM: Back to real life with a more full and spacious heart!
