Class Information
“Why Mindfulness?” Narrated by Dan Harris, produced by Happify. An endearing short clip on the super-power you are building with MSC.
What is a Window of Tolerance?
MSC supports staying in and growing our “Window of Tolerance”, because that is where we experience growth, love, peace and connection.
This is a beautifully illustrated video on what leads to individuals having different windows of tolerance, how to show up for others who are struggling, and most importantly for our work together, how to support ourselves in growing our window of tolerance (12 minutes).
This is a space where you belong, where you are welcomed
exactly as you are because of who you are.

With Appreciation & Gratitude
The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) curriculum was developed by Dr. Chris Germer and Dr. Kristin Neff in 2010. They are also co-founders of the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC). The center's mission is to "alleviate human suffering and improve the collective well-being of the planet through the practice of self-compassion." We offer deep gratitude to Dr. Germer and Dr. Neff's contributions. Their work has transformed the lives of so many people around the world, including our own. Please click here to be redirected to the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion and explore the many offerings they have. We offer further gratitude for Jorge Armesto, Ph.D, Ed.M, C-IAYT, for his generous mentorship.
